Most of our products are made to order so please allow 3-5 business days for processing and then allow time for shipping. Holidays can affect this and processing times may be a little longer. Every item is handcrafted by me with lots of love and attention to detail. Please be aware that all handmade items may have small imperfections, but that only makes them one of a kind. I will never sell something that I do not feel is good quality. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please do not hesitate to reach out to me, as with all relationships communication is key. Even if you think it is a silly question, just ask, I would rather you receive an order you are happy with than something you end up never using.
Custom gifts are so special and unique. I can do vinyl or sublimation on many products. If you have an idea, message me and we will see if we can bring your idea to life. I've done many custom orders like family Christmas pajamas, family vacay shirts, drinkware, birthday/party decor, ornaments, shadowboxes, memorial gifts, holiday themed bundles like Easter baskets, Santa Cams with a letter from The North Pole, Valentine's Day bundles for kids and naughty ones for spouses...so many different things I can do and if I haven't I am willing to test my skills.
